How we handle your data

A delivery diagnostic only works if you trust us with honest numbers. These are the rules we hold ourselves to. They are enforced in our systems, not just written here. Our full Privacy Policy covers the legal detail.

What we collect

• Your answers. Responses to the diagnostic questions about how your teams deliver.
• Computed delivery metrics. If you share a work tracker export, we keep numbers such as cycle time, throughput, work in progress and blocked items.
• Organization and contact details. Your company name, team names and sizes, and the name and email of the person we deliver the report to.
• Your report. The scores, findings and recommendations we produce for you.

What we never collect or keep

• Raw export files. A tracker export is read in your browser. Only the computed metrics above reach our servers. The file itself is never uploaded or stored.
• Ticket content. We do not keep ticket titles, descriptions, comments or the names of the people assigned to work.
• Anything we do not need. If a piece of data does not improve your diagnostic, we do not ask for it.

An automated check runs before every release of this site and blocks it if any code starts storing raw files.

How long we keep it

• 12 months after your report is delivered. Your diagnostic data is then deleted automatically, unless you are working with us on an active engagement at the time.
• Deleted within 7 days on request. Email us and we will delete your organization’s diagnostic data, report, contact details and any client portal login within 7 days, and confirm when it is done.
• What remains after deletion. A short technical log that a report was produced and when. It contains no names, answers, metrics or company details.

Who sees it

• You, and anyone you share your report link with.
• The Agility Doctor, to prepare and review your report and to support you afterwards.
• Our service providers, only to run the platform: database hosting, website hosting, email delivery, payments, and the AI model described below. None of them may use your data for their own purposes.

We never sell your data and never share it with advertisers.

AI and your data

• We never train AI on your data. Not our own models, not anyone else’s.
• How AI is used. An AI model from Anthropic helps draft the analysis in your report. We use it through Anthropic’s commercial service, whose terms do not allow your data to be used to train their models.
• A person signs off every report. AI drafts stay drafts. Nothing reaches you until it has been reviewed and approved by The Agility Doctor.
