The diagnostic finds what’s breaking.
This is where it gets fixed.
Darius Yates built TAD’s diagnostic engine from patterns he repaired firsthand inside enterprise delivery systems. Advisory puts that operator inside your organization. The products are the scan. This is the surgeon.
Not opinions. Not coaching. Diagnosis, then repair.
2 engagements open for Q4 2026. One operator. No bench, no juniors.
CET-based. Full-day overlap — your standups, your working sessions, your exec reviews, all in your hours. Day-rate and interim engagements available at €750/day, B2B invoicing via US LLC.
Afternoon CET equals East Coast morning. Your standups and exec reviews are both covered — 4–6 hours of live overlap daily, async the rest. Remote-first, US contracting entity.
Choose your depth.
Every engagement starts with diagnosis. The difference is how much of the repair Darius owns.
Pro-depth diagnosis, delivered inside your org
Everything TAD Pro measures, plus the operator in the room. Ends with a plan your leadership has already bought into — because they built it with him.
Embedded. Owns the repair.
The equivalent of 2–3 days a week inside your delivery system. Not recommendations — ownership of delivery-system repair, with your leaders.
The brain, not the hands
For leaders who run their own repair but want the diagnostic judgment on call. You execute. Darius keeps the diagnosis honest.
Already ran a TAD diagnostic? Your Pro debrief is the natural starting point — most engagements begin there. EU teams: day-rate and interim engagements available at €750/day, full CET overlap.
Diagnose. Stabilize. Systemize.
Every engagement opens with a structured diagnostic of your delivery system — flow, WIP, intake, SLE integrity, data confidence. No recommendations until the root causes are on the table. Typically 2–4 weeks.
Stop the bleeding. WIP brought under control, intake gated, the two or three failures doing the most damage repaired first. Your teams feel this within the first month.
The repairs become infrastructure: operating cadences, recalibrated SLEs, metrics your leadership can actually trust. The system holds after Darius leaves. That is the exit criterion.

Built on real enterprise delivery experience.
Darius Yates is a delivery systems advisor and transformation operator with experience embedded inside complex, regulated, and high-stakes engineering organizations. His work includes delivery transformation inside a global financial-services enterprise — a 700+ person domain engagement that restored executive confidence and shifted leadership from reactive to proactive.
He brings formal project management discipline (PMP), agile delivery systems depth (CSP-SM, CSPO, Kanban System Design), and firsthand transformation operator experience — across fintech, HR technology, and product-led organizations in global markets. The TAD diagnostic engine is his patterns, productized. Advisory is those patterns, applied by hand.
Asked before every engagement.
Do I need to buy a diagnostic first?
No, but it helps both of us. A Pro diagnostic ($1,997) surfaces the failure patterns in your own data before either of us commits to an engagement. It credits toward the Sprint within 60 days, so it costs nothing extra if you continue.
Why only 2 engagements at a time?
Because embedded means embedded. Fractional work at 2–3 days a week per client does not scale past 2 clients without becoming the kind of drive-by consulting this practice exists to replace. The number is the quality control.
Remote or on-site?
Remote-first from a CET base. Full-day overlap with European teams, 4–6 hours of daily overlap with US East Coast. On-site blocks can be scoped into Fractional and Sprint engagements.
How do EU contracts work?
Day-rate and interim engagements at €750/day, invoiced B2B through a US LLC. Standard contractor terms, no employment relationship, full CET availability.
What happens after the 3-month minimum?
Month to month, or a planned handoff. The Systemize phase exists so the system runs without Darius in it. Engagements that need to run forever were diagnosed wrong.
Do the credits stack?
Yes, with one simple rule: everything you have paid on the ladder counts toward month one of Fractional. A full climb — Pro ($1,997), then Sprint, then Fractional — costs $9,500 all-in through month one. You never pay twice for the same diagnosis.
Is this coaching?
No. Coaching develops people. This repairs systems — intake, WIP, SLEs, metrics, operating cadence. Your people are usually fine. The system they work in is not.
Request an engagement.
Six fields, one business day to a reply, then a 30-minute discovery call. No pitch deck on either side. 2 engagements open for Q4 2026.
